Dear HostGo clients,
cPanel recently announced price increases for cPanel and CloudLinux beginning on January 1, 2021. cPanel, Inc. wrote "To make sure you get the best possible product experience and support, we review our prices annually. As a result of our recent pricing review, we've made some changes to our pricing that will become effective on January 1, 2021."
Most of our Shared, VPS and Dedicated server hosting plans utilize cPanel licenses and we want to make you aware of these changes that will become effective on all packages renewing after December 31, 2020.
We unfortunately must pass these price increases onto our customers but if you are tired of dealing with the yearly increases from cPanel like we are, we can help! There are several alternative products with similar functionality to cPanel that retain unlimited account licensing models, such as Plesk, DirectAdmin and others. We can provide licenses for many of these other control panels. If you are tired of being affected by this licensing price increase by cPanel, please open a ticket with our Sales department so we can discuss alternatives with you!
