I created a FTP user using the FTP manager inside the control panel. How come I get an incorrect login error when trying to login with the user?

When logging in with a FTP user created through the FTP manager, you will need to add "@yourdomain.com" to the username.

For example, if you created the user "webmaster", to login with that user you would use "webmaster@yourdomain.com" as the username.

NOTE: Make sure to replace "yourdomain.com" with your domain name.
