Send an email message to support@hostgo.com requesting the cPanel login information for your web site. In your message, make sure to include your domain name and the last 4 digits of the credit card we have on file for your account.
All passwords are encrypted, so the support technician assisting you will be required to reset your password. If you would like your password reset to something specific, please note that in your message.
Note you may also login to your cPanel account without a password, if you are logged into our customer portal at https://portal.hostgo.com/clients/clientarea.php and then by clicking on Services- > My Services. Click on the domain you wish to login to. On the next screen you can click on Login to cPanel to automatically launch the control panel without a password.
