When your domain name has been registered/transferred, it will take 1 to 72 hours for it propagate around the entire internet. During the propagation process, your newly registered/transferred domain is being updated by the various Internet providers.
You can use the temporary URL provided in your welcome letter to view your site during the propagation process.
