If you have a VPS or Reseller account you are able to whitelist IP's on your account/server. If you do not see these options please let us know and we can make sure you have permission for it.
Log into your WHM account. (Example yourdomain.com/whm)
Once logged in type in config server security & firewall on the left search box
Click on ConfigServer Security & Firewall in the search results
On this page look for the Quick Actions Section
Here is where you can Quick Allow and whitelist a IP on the server
Type in the IP you want to whitelist and click Quick Allow (you can type in something in comments if you want to label it but it is not required)
